As the Maintenance Dev you'll join a development Squad made out of other developers, a Product Designer and a Product Manager.

Your mission will be to make sure that all the tickets raised by the customers are handled efficiently and solved in accordance to our SLA policy.

To achieve this you'll be in close relationship with the Support team and with the agronomists from the Ops team.

You'll be the interface and the main link between these teams and your Squad.

You'll take daily decisions about how to handle tickets through some coding, manipulating the database, setting up some workarounds before a long lasting solution or any other solution you find efficient.

You'll be a major actor for our users retention and satisfaction.

As a Dev, you'll also participate in the other technical tasks of the Squad meaning story's coding in addition to bugs tracking and solving.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Set up and adapt the SLA policy inside the Squad in agreement with the Maintenance Captain and the Support team.
  • Solve as many tickets as possible without needing intervention from the other squads members.
  • Be the interface for the tickets between the Squad, Support and Ops teams.
  • Bring valuable insights to the Squad about the tickets raised and how the App could be improved 

Skills, qualifications and abilities?

  • You are user-centric and you are genuinely concerned by the user satisfaction.
  • You have empathy for our users and the Support team. You are able to put yourself into user's shoes.
  • You have a pragmatic high-level overview of a problem while paying attention to details.
  • You have sufficiently developed communication skills to seamlessly integrate the Squad and be the interface between the Squad, Support and Ops teams.
  • You are resilient enough to handle hundreds of tickets.
  • Knowledge in JIRA and ticketing tool is a plus
  • Knowledge in PHP or React is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor or equivalent degree in Computer Science.
  • You speak French fluently (C1+) and English correctly (B2+).
  • You work with agile tools and processes.
